Do I need a reservation for my photos with Santa?
• Yes. Reservations are required for photos. We do not accept walk ins.

Will there be someone to take my picture?
• Yes! We will provide staff to take your picture on your OWN device. Please have your phone or camera ready.

I don't want my picture taken. Do I still need to be counted in the reservation?
Yes. Reservations are counted by the number of people included in your entire group. 

Are children included in the group size count?
Yes. Babies, children, grandparents, etc. are all included in group size count. 
If you have 3 adults and one infant, your group size is 4. 

What is your reservation refund policy?
All reservations are non-refundable under any circumstances. This reservation time has been booked for your group and your group only. This time slot will no longer be available for purchase by any other participant and cannot be resold by Northern Star Farm.
Do Winterfest/Train Display Tickets include the santa photos?
No, these are separate events.

Will you have the reindeer this year (2024)?
•No. Unfortunately, the reindeer will stay at the North Pole.
 
What time should I arrive for my reservation with Santa?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to your reservation.

How long are the photos with Santa?
Reservations are a timed 20 minute long reservation. This time starts at your designated start time and ends 20 minutes later. If you arrive after your reservation begins, no additional time will be granted. Schedule must be kept for groups after you. Please be kind and considerate to others and arrive/exit on time.

We have extra people coming in our group. Can they be added? 
Yes! Please let us know ahead of time and we will adjust your group size rate upon arrival.

Is alcohol permitted?
•Absolutely no alcohol is permitted on the farm at any time.
